As we enter the new year, it's a powerful time to reflect on where we've been, how it's shaping us now, what we're ready to leave behind, and what we want to move toward.

Our bodies can serve as our own tarot, revealing powerful messages and insights as we move. By tuning in to our movements and sensations, we can listen to our own wisdom, inspire new ideas, and open fresh perspectives.

Embodied Tarot blends the collective wisdom of the 5Rhythms movement and The 360 Emergence practices, creating a dynamic space of possibility. It’s a celebration of life, a chance to reset, and an opportunity to honor our truth, offer kindness, and be with one another as we step into this new year.

All are welcome. No previous experience is required.

Anne Marie Hogya (Canada) + Beatrice Kraus (Austria) first met on a high desert dance floor in 2018, where they developed a profound mutual respect for each other’s shapeshifting embodiment. Beatrice, a certified teacher in Open Floor® and The 360 Emergence® practices, brings a diverse background in theater, Chinese medicine, and trauma work to her teaching. Anne Marie, a DJ and registered occupational therapist, has studied extensively with Gabrielle Roth and the 5Rhythms faculty and is accredited to teach both the physical (Waves) and emotional (Heartbeat) maps of the 5Rhythms practice.
