Dance for a Vision nodigt je uit om je te openen voor wat zich wil ontvouwen, wat zich wil openbaren aan jou, in jouw leven. Er is geen doel, er is geen moeten.
We dansen zonder pauze, meerdere waves achter elkaar. Dit helpt je om op een dieper niveau te voelen, vrijer te worden, laagje voor laagje. Verbonden met Body, Heart, Mind, Soul, en Spirit. Om meer en meer tot overgave te komen. Om losser te maken en als je wilt achter te laten.
Misschien heb je een vraag waarmee je wilt dansen.
Soms openbaart zich werkelijk een visioen.
Soms is er een "aha' moment, een inzicht.
Soms is er gewoon alleen Hier en Nu.
Wat er ook is en wat er ook komt, het is precies het goede.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
