In 'CONNECTIONS' we move into the conversation between our inner body and our outer expression of rhythm and movement. Skin and bones and everything we are made of, everything dances with us.

We will dance and move while discovering the personal CONNECTION between the inside and the outside of the body, the CONNECTION between ourselves and others and the CONNECTION in the group.

We will listen and look for ways in which we can bring this listening into the movement.
