My first workshop with Gabrielle Roth, Bones, combined dance, writing and performance.Theater was my background and the mix was what got me. I stayed on the track of 5Rhythms, slowly but persistantly, until I couldn´t resist the teacher training any more. 5Rhythms has become my red life thread and a channel for blissful embodiment. The training in Somatic Experiencing has given my work a new depth, and the inherent awareness of Nervous System regulation serves as a guide to re-embodiment in motion and slow ecstasy in the dance. The 5Rhythms as a creative practice stay a challenge to move authentically, and, at the same time, support us to stay grounded, fluid and centered. A dance of natural intelligence, fueled by our inner wilderness, and a way to connect, in a rapidly changing world.
