'Hope is an action verb'
What is hope? Can we give HOPE a body, feet, heart, breath to make it alive, to make it real, to make it happen ? Can we feed hope with the passion of our hips ? Can we shed the excuses for hope not to grow? Can we embrace it with our hands? Can we give it a shape, a direction? Can we connect our hearts together to give it momentum?
Otherwise it is only a dream, a mental projection… Can we come together to dance, to sweat, to voice HOPE and let it become an action verb ?
Welcome to join. No experience is needed -- We will practice the Art of being alive in the present moment, full of breath, curiosity and trust for what is waiting to unfold and be released thru our movements. Only you can dance your dance!

Parking possible in the courtyard of the school at no. 216 Chaussée de Boondael.
