DESCRIPTION

Dear Dancers,

I am thrilled to announce a new weekly 5Rhythms class in Highgate, starting on Saturday, April 5th! This will be a wonderful opportunity to come together and explore movement in a supportive, free-flowing environment.

The 5Rhythms is a formless form, where the emphasis is on freedom and self-expression through movement. My goal is to hold a space where each individual can discover their unique dance and experience the joy of exploration.

Class Details:

When: Saturdays, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Where: URC Church, Pond Square, Highgate, N6 8BA

Cost: Sliding scale - £20 / £16 / £12 (pay what you can) - Cash or card on the door

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
