DESCRIPTION


Shaking.  Spirit Waves is an intimate class that focuses on the basics of dancing the waves. Dancers explore their love of movement and the power of their own choreography to express; release; heal, and transform. All music is used with permission.


Pre-registration required.  Purchase a class pass at www.shakingspiritwaves.com
$130 class card (must be used in 3 Months)
$40 3 class trial (new students only- good for 6 weeks)

NOTES

SPECIAL NOTE: 2/5/25 class is 7:30-8:30 pm

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
