Vi invito a casa mia mentre vengo a casa tua - per incontrarci, per danzare, per approfondire gli insegnamenti di Gabrielle Roth e la sua pratica i 5Ritmi, per trovare un senso di libertà, per rilasciare i tensioni, per condividere, ogni uno di noi aprendo le sue porte di Zoom a casa propria per danzare insieme.

5Rhythms classes on Thursday evening with Olivia, certified 5Rhythms© teacher.

Each class will have a different focus based on the 5Rhythms practice.

Check the calendar to see when the classes are on.

This is an invitation to come and join me in my home - to meet up and dance, to find a sense of freedom together, to release our tensions, each one of us opening up our Zoom doors to our homes to dance together.

Thursdays // 8:30pm -10:00pm

We open our virtual doors 10 minutes before the class starts.

These classes are open to everyone. You don't need to have any previous experience in dance or 5Rhythms to participate.
