DESCRIPTION
Endless Waves is an open 5Rhythms class that is comparable to a mini-workshop. We will have a warmup wave, followed by some time to explore embodiment of specific themes through movement exercises. After that we will have a second wave with limited guidance to make space for your dance.
It is open for everyone.
Guidance will be in English.
