DESCRIPTION
For over thirty years, Adam Barley has practised and taught conscious dance to thousands of students in the UK and worldwide.In June last year, he was diagnosed with high-grade lymphoma, causing him to let go of his lifetime work and focus on his recovery.
A group of London teachers invites you to dance, sweat, and pray to raise funds for Adam’s ongoing treatment and living expenses.
Doors open at 11:30 a.m., and the first Wave starts at Noon. You’re welcome to drop in for an hour, stay for the whole time, or do anything in between.
Tickets Price: £10 per hour / £35 for 4 hours. On the door £12.50 / £45.
(Please note each wave begins on the hour so everyone is present and can begin together.)

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
