DESCRIPTION
In this workshop, grounded in the body & supported by the 5Rhythms® Waves Map, we start by exploring and enriching our constant relationship with the physical space inside each of us, between us and around us. The dance gives us a place where we can open the possibility to be with all of this life; to touch and be touched by all the possibility moving through us as individuals and together in community. With great support from our dance map, we practice being receptive to this life; we practice opening into more expanse & spaciousness and into the magic that is LYRICAL.NOTES

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
