Making contact, remembering, or renewing our relationship with something larger than ourselves – whether we call it Spirit, or Nature, or Lineage, or Life – can restore our sense of connection, place, and belonging within the larger cycles around us. Tending this connection can help us remember what’s important, and can sustain us in offering our piece to the whole.
This Waves-level workshop is an invitation to encounter, explore, and inhabit the intersections of ancestry and mystery, linear and timeless time, cycles of life, death, and renewal. With trance as our portal, body as ground, and the 5Rhythms® movement maps as our guide, we will move with and alongside these realms, weaving their gifts into present-moment embodiment and awareness.
