When we keep our body in the limited shapes of our daily life, we are cut off from our unique path towards wholeness. This weekend workshop is about embodiment, overcoming the restrictive aspects of ourselves and retrieving the wisdom that resides within our body and spirit. As you move with intention, you'll experience a profound shift from "me-ing" to “be-ing," opening to a space of pure presence and boundless possibility.

This 2,5-Day Workshop is led in English.

The workshop counts as 2.5 Waves days for the 5Rhythms Teacher Training.

Prerequisites: 15 hours of 5Rhythms Waves level hours.

Ajay Rajani is an accredited teacher of the 5Rhythms who trained with Jonathan Horan, son of Gabrielle Roth, in 2014. Ajay was born in Africa with Indian roots and grew up in London, England where he thrives in a diverse, multicultural community speaking five international languages. His spiritual journey began over 20 years ago with a strong practice of seated meditation and this continues to inform his 5Rhythms teaching where he inspires embodying the moment and allowing your body to be your greatest teacher.​
