Come and join me for our Women's running with Wolves workshop.

We will work with rediscovering our inner wolf and using the 5Rhythms map to navigate our inner lunar cycles.

My 5Rhythms women's work is grounded in the catalytic simplicity of Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms and interlaced with rich, feminine maps for transformation. Together, we will dance, and share our stories, to weave a rich tapestry of lunar and menstrual energies, birthing and creative power, and archetypal cycles of growth and renewal.
