Trust. Something to practise and return to again and again. I can offer this workshop several times over the years and each time different. Simply finding a little more trust. Trust in this body, this impulse, this moment, the ground right under our feet. Trust in the breath, the new breath coming in and this breath leaving your lungs right now...this simple yet deep practise, profound in its simplicity. The invitation to move your body in a space that becomes richer as other human beings are there too moving, listening inside.... trusting the not having to know . Rediscovering the infinite possibilities of the dance. The dance without particular steps, no set way, simply movement.NOTES
