The power of dancing5Rhythms in waves and heartbeat (1,5 days waves and 5 full days heartbeat, qualifies for the teacher training) It's a whole workshop, so you participate in both waves and heartbeat. )
This year's weeklong workshop is a Dance retreat into the "Power of dancing with the 5Rhythms maps of waves and heartbeat".
We will deepen our dance through the 5Rhythms into feelings of the body and the expressions of the heart.
We will dance our inner and outer landscapes, explore magic and mystery, finding new truths and wisdom about, who we really are.
We will invite courage and presence into our dance, express forms, crossing limits, going to the edge and surrender to what is. We will share the joy of our dancing soul and hold it all in the freedom of stillness.
We will also use time in the beautiful nature around, also using Headphones.
NOTES
Venue: Rødegaard/Jordens sang, Karlshøjvej 5, Vistoft, 8420 Knebel
30/6: Arriving 5PM
7/7: Ending 10 AM
Daily timetable according to weather etc.

To keep your spot in the workshop, you need to pay 500 Danish Crowns in deposit (non refundable)

Bed in double room with your own bathroom, food and workshop 5075 Danish Crowns
Bed in double room with bathroom near by, food and workshop 4575 Danish Crowns
Bed in Singleroom, food and workshop 5575 Danish Crowns
If you choose to sleep outside Roedegaard, the price for food and workshop are 3500 Danish Crowns
