We could all use some more space.
Life seems so full and busy these days ~ it often feels like a struggle to keep up..
We need somehow to embody more space and time:
A whole other way of being we can carry with us through the day.

There, space is not something we have to carve out of life’s schedule, but an alive mystery that permeates everything,
including ourselves.
When we expand into this, we can breathe a little deeper, take each moment a little steadier, and relax into whatever we’re doing.
Everything seems possible..
We have perspective and a sense of humour
And we can inhabit all the movements of our life with more health, happiness, and peace.

This weekend we’ll dance together through the gateway to this kingdom ~ space.
