DESCRIPTION

A warm welcome to the danceretreat Soft Surrender at the wonderful retreatplace Fiskabäck, surrounded by magnificent nature in Österlen, Sweden.

This is a retreat for you who want to connect and invite listening to your body, to your body language and for the fascination of your dance and your inner world. You get to come close to yourself and do it together with others. We will explore how the dance can support us to soft surrender. To soften and slow down, to surrender into the flow of life and the dance.

At Fiskabäck, there is a magically beautiful dome where we will dance. We will move with silent disco headphones, with these you hear the music and my guidance. We will go to the ocean one day and dance at the beach. (weather permitting)

You are welcome regardless of whether you are new to this movement practice or have danced for a long time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel two weeks before the event, a 50% refund will be given. If you cancel a week before, 25% will be refunded and after that the ticket is non-refundable. You are welcome to give or sell your ticket to someone else.

Each course fee includes a booking fee of SEK 800 which is not refunded upon cancellation.

CARPOOLING

We carpool to the retreat as much as possible and will create a thread about it in the event. For those of you who travel by train/bus and need to be picked up in Brösarp at the bus stop, it can be arranged.

ABOUT FISKABÄCK

Our retreat center "Fiskabäck" is old farm from the 18th century and is located near Brösarp in Norra Österlen. Here there are animals; chickens, peacocks and cats, and is surrounded by a beautiful garden. There are open fields and forest around Fiskabäck. The farm is at the end of a dirt road and it`s peace and quiet is special. There is a wood-burned sauna and cold tub that we can use.

ABOUT MARIA

Dance is for me an elixir of life! For me, dance is a fantastic way to get in touch with myself and to feel my inner self, my energy and essence. I've always loved to dance, but when I found 5 rhythms, that's where I found home. This was almost 20 years ago and since then dance has been a big part of my life. Since 12 years I have been sharing my own dance: Body & Soul Movement. I am a trained Body Movement Coach and am currently in the 5 rhythms training. I love to share my passion and look forward to seeing you soon!
