You are warmly invited to an evening of dance, to welcome in the new year through the natural high of dance, connectedness, and visioning.

This 5Rhythms event will have shape and structure with guided ceremony. Please let me know in advance if you expect to need to leave before the end (e.g. for childcare).

This is a fully conscious event so no alcohol or other drugs please. There will be non-alcoholic drinks served at midnight and savoury nibbles, herb teas and water available throughout the evening. You are also welcome to bring your own food.

Previous experience of 5Rhythms is not necessary but, if you have not yet done so, why not join one of my regular Monday drop-in classes in Oxford or other locations around the country.
