A 5Rhythms and Expressive Arts Workshop with a Sound Bath!

Description:

Dive into 2025 with a deep session of 5Rhythms movement meditation and somatic expressive arts. We’ll follow the map of the Rhythms together and explore how we can shed the old and bring in the new. We will move to better health, peace and prosperity and having compassion for all people! Make room for your own dance, your own vision, and your own healing. We’ll make space for vision boarding and art making together. All are welcome, no experience necessary!

Expressive Arts: Vision Boards, creating what you would like to manifest for 2025.

We will use collage, craypas and other materials to create our boards! 

Anita will take us on a a Sound Bath journey at the end of our workshop!

About Debby:

Debby is an accredited 5Rhythms teacher who lives and teaches in Charlottesville, Va. She has been on this dancing path for years-first as a student, then as a Sweat Spaceholder and then a teacher for 5Rhythms. She loves to create a space where people feel free and supported. She teaches weekly classes and monthly workshops. 

About Karen:

5Rhythms dance is for everyone. This meditative freeform dancing practice was created by dancer and visionary Gabriellle Roth. Accredited 5Rhythms teacher Karen Chapman has been hosting dances in Asheville and around the country for 8 years. Through the dance, Karen acts as a guide for the dancer on their journey through the Rhythms. Karen is interested in how energy moves on the dance floor through the Breath!

This workshop will give 2 days Waves credit for prerequisite for Teacher Training.
