DESCRIPTION
Thresholds is a pathway for renewal and creative liberation structured around two 6-week online intensives. You can make the whole journey or simply move with us through the foundational work of the first 6-week session. It is a movement-based rite of passage journey rooted in 5Rhythms® along with the work I have taught over the past 35+ years. The course includes 24 live sessions, 28 rich videos, practices, journal prompts to incorporate into your daily routine, and a private Facebook group for sharing questions, creative work and personal experiences.NOTES

WORKSHOP LEVEL DETAILS
Elective workshops combine the 5Rhythms practice with other disciplines. These workshops hold true to the 5Rhythms Maps and weave in deep investigations that compliment the teachings. This workshop will count as an Elective on the 5Rhythms Dancing Path towards Teacher Training.
