DESCRIPTION

In Into the Flow we come together from different countries for a 5 day holiday to dance and camp on top of a hill in the French countryside.

We come down onto the Earth, we ground our bodies, we listen to what is moving, allowing our dance to find its pace. Our hearts wake up in the connections between us which creates a tribal ground from where we rise up to the sky and let ourselves be touched by the sun, the wind and the stars.

We dance every morning and every afternoon in a big tent where different cultures meet and where we peel layer after layer until we drop into the flow.

Families welcome. Kids love it. Come with your tent or your campervan or stay in a gite nearby. Take care of your own food and get together to make it happen. An off grid dance holiday to reset and recharge your solar battery.

Workshop is taught in English with translation to Spanish and French.
