Weekend Retreat

GRACE is a way of moving through life with awareness, enchantment, and compassion. It invites us to slow down, to listen deeply, and to meet what’s in front of us with openness and curiosity. 

In this retreat, we will explore grace as an embodied practice — a quiet strength 

that helps us live with more presence, kindness, and courage.

Join Shauna at a private ocean front retreat centre on Gabriola Island BC 

where you will have time to be with nature, enjoy the Bathhouse spa, write, sit in circle, and dance.
