Marlborough Primary School SW3As the calendar year comes to near to closure and the period of festivities is knocking, this is an opportunity to take a like more time compared to my regular 2 hour classes - a whole extra hour.
It has been said that 5Rhythms isn't for everybody…
However, if you want to be the most grounded, connected and liberated version of yourself, why not give it a go?
Whether or not you want to come to relax after a stressful week at work, or to shake it all out and let your hair loose, or simply to move and dance to your own rhythm, longer 5Rhythms dance and movement classes & workshops will definitely invigorate you.
