Most of us could use a little more ease . Lets make space in the dance for some ease. Surrender without giving up, follow the breath. Full of the possibility of hope and trust. Held at Sharrow Performing Arts Space in Sheffield. Beautiful round space with large windows. Early booking price £38, after Jan 7 £45.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
