DESCRIPTION

Join me for this day long-exploration of the maps of the 5Rhythms and the capacity of this dynamic movement meditation practice to awaken parts of us that have been left behind or pushed away or simply just unexplored.

As the day unfolds, we will move through each of the five rhythms with the intention of bringing awareness to how each of them invites a different engagement & expression, giving us the chance to embody different aspects of ourselves.

The day will complete with an extended period of rest & reflection to allow for integration.

The day structure:

10:45 arrival

11am start of workshop

11:00- 1:30 morning session

1:30-2:30 lunch

2:30-5:00 afternoon session

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
