“The Magic Foot”

“Move your body and your mind will heal itself”, that is the naturally inherent magic that all people have access to. With good music, simple guidance, we turn our attention to the body's sensory presence. At our own pace, we let trust land in different parts of the body, and then let our feet lead the way, playfully, intuitively, gently or wildly. We will use the 5 rhythm “map” created by Gabrielle Roth, to lead us into a transformative journey through our personality as we ride a wave of music and free dance. Your dance is unique, no one else can dance it but you.. Welcome!
