Please arrive on time for our acknowledgement of country. Also, check-out the pinned announcement: what to expect if you are new, or haven't been in a while. This class is a Sweat Your Prayers - session so there is light facilitation - you'll need to follow your own curiosity, and find pleasure and comfort in dance and movement.
Please, only come if you feel well, please test if you are unsure. Credits are easily arranged - just let me know BEFORE we start.
Natalie is a certified 5Rhythms teacher (Waves and Heartbeat), and teaches daily Multivitamin classes online, as well regular classes and workshops in Melbourne, Interstate and Europe. Natalie is also a professional Dance-Movement Therapist, and Narrative Practitioner, and weaves somatic and embodied storytelling into her offerings.
All classes with Natalie can be counted towards the 5Rhythms teacher training, or Dance-Movement Therapy personal hours.
