DESCRIPTION
Source In Motion is a deep dive into how energy as life-force moves through our bodies, hearts, minds, souls, and Spirits. Using the maps of the 5Rhythms and fueled by curiosity, we explore and broaden our movement vocabularies while deepening our personal and collective practices.NOTES
The venue is ~ Austin Ecstatic Dance Center (AEDC) 10203 Old Manchaca Rd, 78748.
If you put "Dance by Carly" in your GPS it will take you to the correct location. When facing the address, AEDC is on the far, right end. Parking is behind the building.
Warm-up begins at 6:30pm. Doors close at 7:00 pm. If you'd like a bit more floor time for personal warm-up, extra warm-up begins at 6:15pm.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
