For those of you who are seasoned 5Rhythms dancers, you will deepen your journey.
Each rhythm has a physical, emotional and spiritual dimension that helps us express our true self and connect with the world. When we connect with our feet with awareness, our mind becomes free. We witness our dance becoming the metaphor of our lives in this moment.
5Rhythms is a dynamic practice that invites us to move and meditate in the same breath.
It is a simple movement practice designed to release the dancer that lives in each of us regardless of our age or physical limitations.
No steps to learn only your curiosity and a willingness to move.

No previous experience necessary.
Please arrive on time, wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
