Searching for places within to tune into your gentle aliveness. Inviting your playful quirky self...your stubborn mind...your rushed breath...welcome every part of you. Arriving in your fully breathing & present body, completing your energy wave.
This will be a fully taught 5Rhythms class. When you arrive there is space to warm up your body indepedently and during the class more instructions will follow to help you release your body into motion.
