Body Lab is an invitation, encouraging you to give yourself permission to explore and investigate the depths of your own body. Unravel the stories woven through years of life experiences with the transformative perspective of 5Rhythms map/cosmology.Where you alchemize your prayers and inner poetry through the ritual of embodiment and somatic experience. To delve deep into the sacred connection with your body temple, and unlock the clogged places within.
This immersive experience is an alchemy, that aligns your body, heart, mind, soul, and spirit, liberating you from the chatter of talking heads, the drama, and the stories of the past and future. You start to feel the liberation as you drop into the present moment through your dance, embodying your truth, and finding your way back home, over and over again.
With my passion and love of music, I create ecstatic sound escape journeys, where we drop into the beat, and disappear in the dance.

We have a few requirements to strongly respect:
No shoes are allowed on the dance floor.
No fragrance or essential oils.
No talking on the dancefloor.
No cell phones/pictures/videos.
This is a free drug and alcohol spiritual event.
