DESCRIPTION
An evening to dance the 5 Rhythms in freedom.The music and the guide will come from the Silent Disco headphones with which we will all be connected.
There are no steps to learn, everyone moves freely according to their own feelings and physical strength.
We will be in the square in a public place. Those who pass will be able to see us dancing free. For some, being seen requires an act of immense courage, for others it's nice to interact with passers-by and contaminate them with energy. But we won't be in an isolated space. Dancing here is a profoundly liberating act.
