Whether you’re moving to lift up or to let down,
this is a place where everyone fits.
No experience needed—just come as you are.
The beat pulls us together, lets us breathe, lets us feel.
It’s not about getting it right; it’s about showing up.
Showing up to move, to settle, to feel connected.
To shake off what’s heavy, or to just feel the weight ease off.
You’re welcome here, wherever you’re at, whatever you bring.
Every age, every background, every kind of rhythm.
Some come to let loose, some to find stillness.
Here, there’s room for all of it.
The highs, the lows, and every beat in between.
Revival is for you, me, all of us.

TIME: 7:00-8:45pm (*Doors close at 7:20 PM)
COST: $25. Email transfer to annemarie@annemariehogya.com or by credit card on Eventbrite. Drop-in’s welcome if space is available. To pay by credit card click registration button above. There are credit card fees if using Eventbrite, no fees if e-transferring.
BRING: Clothes to move in and water to drink.
WHERE: Victoria Truth Centre: 2815 Cedar Hill Road Victoria, B.C. Big yellow building. *Parking on the street or the right side and right back of the building only. Enter through the main doors at the front of the building. (Parking along the left side of the building is not permitted and you can get ticketed as these spaces are reserved for apartment residents.) The building is wheelchair accessible with a ramp out front.
WHAT: A dynamic practice space to connect with yourself and others. A class container to dance and move the 5Rhythms Wave (flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness).
