NEW CONNECTIONS is an exploration of connections in many ways, a new collaboration and moving embodiment adventure. A gentle yet lively journey, setting the stage for genuine encounters and meaningful connections, inviting you to fully embrace the beauty of being alive.

We´ll reconnect to bodymind and soul through conscious movement and a mix of beautiful live music and DJ-selected tracks, creating a diverse soundscape to guide you through the experience. A Persian musician weaves together rhythmic pulses and soothing melodies to awaken your senses and lift your spirit.

We’ll start with a 5Rhythms® wave, so you’ll embrace a sense of presence and embodiment. From this place of awareness, we’ll playfully explore what it means to connect with yourself and others, creating genuine encounters.
