This 5-month closed group invites you to deepen your 5Rhythms® practice, stay grounded, and connect through the winter months. Together, we’ll explore each rhythm—Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness—to guide us in staying true to our inner process and authentic selves.
What You’ll Experience:

Starting October 2024 through March 2025, this journey takes you from the threshold of winter to just before the Spring Equinox. It’s a time to turn inward and allow the rhythms to anchor us as we move through the darker months.
