DESCRIPTION
We are encouraging all those who attend to only do so if they are well and not Covid symptomatic. Vaccinations are encouraged but not required. Masks are optional as well.
No prior dance or 5Rhythms experience necessary. We open the doors at 9am and encourage you to arrive early and get yourself settled so that we can all begin together and on time.
Thank you for being fluid with all that comes up as we continue navigating these new ways of moving together.

INTEGRITY
This is a 5Rhythms practice, a movement practice of self inquiery following the maps of Gabrielle Roth through the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical & Stillness.
PRESENCE
This is an alcohol & drug free zone. Please reframe from taking, cell phone use, no photos/videos at any time. We are guests at Saint Mark's Church. Shirts are required for all genders.
AWARENESS
Listen to your body. Follow the rhythms at your own pace, keep your eyes open and stay aware of others. If you make contact with or bump into someone accidentally, please find a way to acknowledge it.
CONSENT
Touch without consent is never ok! If it's a not a clear yes - it's a NO. A yes may become a no at any point, please honor that. Be respectful of your own boundaries & the boundaries of others.

NOTES
Cost: $25
Starting in October 2024 we open pre-registration every Saturday at 11AM. We are hoping that this new way of purchasing tickets will make the rest of the years ticket sales more fluid and equal in opportunity.
We also hold door tickets based on first come first serve tickets. If a class is sold out, please come as early as 8:45am to claim a door ticket. When we have reached capacity, we will close admission, and there will be no admission after 10AM.
All 5Rhythms classes are drug and alcohol free events.
