DESCRIPTION
ALIVENESS & EMPOWERMENT5RHYTHMS MINI WORKSHOP WITH CHRIS CAMP (BE)
In this mini-workshop we'll be working on both waves and heartbeat level to investigate how we are able to move into aliveness and empowerment . We'll be working with embodiment cues to support how we can take up our own space, connect to our inner power and to allow our heart to express and shine. We'll invite our aliveness to flow so we can connect to our own empowerment with dignity. At the same time we'll be welcoming any emotion that might be in the way, blocking our alive and truthful heart, honoring the medicine they bring.
You do not need to have any experience with 5Rhythms® or conscious dance to participate.

The seminar is conducted in English with interpretation into Czech.
