Body & Breath is a 5Rhythms class without music, every Friday at 9am.A chance to tune in with your own rhythm, and the rhythm of your environment, to wake up gently into movement.
This class is taught online via Zoom. Sessions are 1 hour, there will be time to speak together at the behinning and end of each session. We will be moving together for approximately 45 minutes.
