DESCRIPTION
~ As we journey towards the turning of the year, we’ll take this time to let our hearts & our moving bodies recount the opportunities, challenges & gifts that 2023 has offered us, & we will call upon our sacred allies of courage & wild wonder in order to give form & movement to our individual & collective vision for 2024.~ 5 Rhythms dance, Somatic Movement & Meditation will be our practices & our moving bodies will guide the way as we dance, pray, commune & rest in the spirit of friendship & nourishment.
~ Held by the breathtaking nature that surrounds the property, we will embrace the silence that the season offers us, while reawakening our bodies to the exquisite art of resourceful movement.
~ We will journey into the forest & allow our senses to take in the sweet nectar of raw nature & those who wish to can bathe under the waterfall in the hidden valley. Following a delicious banquet, we will cross the threshold into 2024 with an exquisite fire ceremony combining silence with celebration.
• Hot tub, sauna, outdoor fire, walks in the forest, 5Rhythms dance, somatic movement, ceremony, visioning, and more.
• Dec 28th, 5pm – Jan 1st, 5pm
• Cost: £450 residential, £395 non residential
• Breakfast and supper included in the residential price. Lunch will be self catered (there are shops and cafes nearby & cooking facilities available)
• The venue is 15 mins walk from Hebden Bridge town centre & train station. Parking available at the venue.
