Stressful or traumatic memories block the natural flow of life.
With the help of 5Rhythms dance, we bring the stories and body memories that come from within back into consciousness and into the dance.
With IBT - Integrative Body movement Trauma therapy, changes are stimulated and safely accompanied. This leads to a new lightness, which always shows itself when we encounter our true being. Methods: IBT, 5Rhythms, 5Rhythms Movement Therapy, stabilization and individual work in the group.
In “Dancing out of Trauma” is space for joy of life and humor are as well as the pain from of old wounds. To lift the pain like a treasure in the therapeutic process, and to transform it in the dance, releases strength and bound energy. Lightness and deep therapeutic work complement each other. Dancing out of Trauma is the practical implementation of the method IBT, the Integrative Body-Movement Traumatherapy.
Romana Tripolt has developed IBT as a therapeutic tool that combines the effects of the latest traumatherapeutic methods with the vital power of conscious dance. The medicine of the 5Rhythms unites with the power of the innovative trauma therapy.

Objective: To relieve the burden of past life, which makes life difficult today.
Burden can be manifested in a variety of ways:
As blocking or negative thoughts and attitudes towards oneself, other people and the world, such as "always happening to me", "I am always guilty", "I am always treated badly", "I can not rejoice, What's wrong with me? "" The world is full of dangers ", and so on.
As mood swings, emotional outbursts or irritability followed by phases of sadness or hopelessness. Or sometimes when you feel "nothing" and have the feeling to stand next to you and only to function.
As physical symptoms, chronic pain or tense, frequent headache, nausea, dizziness without medical findings.
Conflict of relationships or frequent professional difficulties, a lack of drive or unfulfilled wishes are also a sign that the ballast of old experiences makes life difficult.

Refund Policy
General Terms and Conditions
Free cancellation and rebooking up to one week after registration.
Otherwise, the following applies: Processing fee for courses up to 2 months before the start in case of cancellation €100.- & for rebooking €50.-
Processing fee for single module up to 2 months before the start in case of cancellation €40.- & for rebooking €30.-
In case of cancellation from the 60th to the 21st day before the start: 50% of the course fee will be refunded or is due.
From 20 days before the start: No refund or full payment obligation if the contribution has not yet been paid.
A substitute participant can be named and the place passed on for a processing fee of €50.
Non-attendance, for whatever reason, does not exempt from the payment obligation.
The processing or cancellation fees apply regardless of whether the participation fee has been paid at the time of cancellation or not.
A refund for unconsumed tuition units is not possible. Cancellation costs for already booked rooms and accommodations depend on the cancellation conditions of the respective event houses and must be clarified independently with them. We are not liable for fees incurred due to non-attendance.
In the event of very low participation, we reserve the right to cancel events or hold them in a shortened form. This also applies if regulations or travel restrictions make arrival or implementation impossible or unreasonable. Fees already paid will be fully refunded in the event of cancellation, or proportionally refunded in the event of shortening.
If regulations or travel restrictions make it impossible for arrival or implementation, an alternative date will be provided. If you cannot attend this alternative date, there is the possibility of free cancellation up to one week before the start of the original date.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
