DESCRIPTION
Every time we step onto the dance floor is a little different – because we are a bit different, each time. Our practice is inevitably affected by our physical state, by what is on our heart and minds, and by what is moving in our world. And one of the potent gifts of 5Rhythms is its range, and it potential to meet us where we are. Each of the 5Rhythms – Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness – is a distinct field of energy-in-motion, and each one holds specific teachings and possibilities. This weekend is an invitation to immerse in the physicality of our movement practice, and to find resource in the embodiment of each rhythm as it moves us through a Wave.NOTES
Hours: Friday 6:30-9:30pm, Saturday and Sunday 11-5
Cost: US$255 until Feb 28 | $295 after | $325 supports another dancer

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
