NEW VISION, NEW YEAR WORKSHOP 2025/26 WITH MARTINA AND ANŽE

Welcome to join us for an unforgettable 4-day workshop. New Vision is a time where we look back with gratitude, celebrate the here and now and create a vision of the future. An open creative space where we express ourselves authentically as individuals and co-create as a group. The workshop takes place for the tenth year in a row and is designed, on a symbolic level, to raise awareness of the darkness and magical part of the winter on one side and the light and hope of the new sun on the other hand.

The workshop will take place in Preddvor (Slovenia) which is a charming small town surrounded by unspoiled nature, breathtaking mountains and is known for its lake, century-old sequoias and 4 castles.

For who is the workshop intended for? For everyone who likes to express themselves through movement and breath and would like to spend the New Year without alcohol. No previous experience in the 5Rhythms practice is necessary. If you can walk, you can dance.

WORKSHOP PROGRAM

Starts on Monday, 29th December at 18.00. Finishes on Thursday, 1st of January at 14.30. You will receive a detailed schedule after the registration.

Open meeting will take place on Monday, 29th December 2025 from 18:00 on, registration will be possible from 17:30 on.

LOCATION: Sports hall Storžič, Šolska ulica 9, 4205 Preddvor, Slovenia

Preddvor is located 15 minutes from Kranj, 30 minutes from Ljubljana, 1 hour 10 minutes from Klagenfurt, 1 hour 25 minutes from Trieste, 2 hours from Zagreb, 2 hours 20 minutes from Graz, 4 hours 15 minutes from Linz and Vienna, 5 hours from Budapest, 5 hours 10 minutes from Milano.

Those who will come with train or bus to Ljubljana (or Kranj), we will connect you with local dancers or organise shuttle service.

ACCOMMODATION: Hotel Oskar Zaplata is reserved just for our group and two-bed rooms are available. They will provide us all the meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Martina and Anže are accredited members of the international Association of 5Rhythms Teachers - 5RTA (www.5rhythms.com). 

Martina: dancing since 1997, teaching from 2014 (Waves), 2022 (Heartbeat). She is a dancer, vocalist, artist, in love with theatre. She is passionate about teaching, books, cats and traveling. Gabrielle Roth’s sentence: "I love your fire" changed her life. Her teaching style is respectful and sensitive for group-body, she is also very playful and joyous, sometimes you have a feeling you are in the middle of constellation work.

She is a teacher and event organiser in Ljubljana/Slovenia, Expressive Art Therapist, theatre director, librarian, moderator of business constellation work and holder of Workshops: Creative with your Shadow, New Vision, Voice&Heart, Into your Wild, Let the Sunshine in and Soul Flight.

Anže has been dancing 5Rhythms for more than thirteen years and for seven years in a row leads regular weekly classes in Ljubljana. In 2021 he completed training for a 5Rhythms teacher, Waves level. He is a social worker by profession, with a degree in Family Constellations. He is in love with football, aikido, mountains and travels. Anže and Martina are dedicated researchers of the 5Rhythms method and are in love with life.

The Workshop will be led in English.
