Embark on a transformative journey into the untamed wilderness within you, where the rhythm of life pulses with raw energy and primal instincts.
“Jungle” is a 5Rhythms workshop designed to guide you through the wild and hidden landscapes of your body and soul, inviting you to explore the rich polarities that exist within us all - light and shadow, expansion and contraction, stillness and chaos.
In this immersive experience, we will dance through the dense forest of our consciousness, awakening a deeper awareness of our instincts and vibrations. We will navigate the contrasts that define our human experience, allowing the body to express and release what it has held onto for too long. Through movement, we will invite the expansion of our consciousness, tapping into the primal wisdom that resides in the wild places of our being
This workshop is an invitation to reconnect with your inner wilderness, embracing both the light and the shadow within you. Together, we will explore, and detangle, the depths of our being, expanding our awareness and embracing the vibrant instincts that guide us through the ever-changing landscape of life.
NOTES
Expect moments of deep introspection and powerful release as we move through the Rhythms, uncovering layers of consciousness and connecting with the raw, untamed parts of ourselves. Whether you are new to the 5Rhythms or an experienced practitioner, this journey will challenge and inspire you, leaving you with a profound sense of connection to your body, soul, and the wild essence within.
Held by the embrace of the Maya Mountains of Belize, this workshop will be a potent immersion into the powerful medicine of the Jungle.
She is wild, untamed, strong, wise, and perfectly imperfect. We will draw from her wisdom and find our reflection within the mystical realms of the Rhythms that live in everything.

- Cancellations up to 30 days before the start date (until January 17, 2025) are fully refundable.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date (after January 17, 2025) are non-refundable; however, you may provide a replacement participant.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date (after February 9, 2025) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
