Prerequisites: 20 hours of Waves level and one weekend of Heartbeat level.

This workshop counts as 5 days of Heartbeat towards the Teacher Training.

The workshop is led in English.

The workshop begins on Monday 24th of August at 19:00 h and ends on Sunday 30th of August at 12:00 h.

Workshop prices: Full price is 320 EUR. Early bird price, 290 EUR until 10.06. The working team price is 150 EUR. 5Rhythms Teachers and Space Holders price is 150 EUR. Bookings only with a 100 EUR non-refundable deposit.

Accommodation: You organize your own accommodation, and we will have a Facebook group to connect with others in order to share a place and exchange information and recommendations. We will also send you a list with some options and helpful links.

Travel: look for flights to Split, and then there is a 1 hour ferry ride to Supetar and 15 minutes bus drive to Sutivan. There is also a catamaran that takes 30 minutes directly from Split to Sutivan. Split is very well connected by train and bus, as well as by highway. In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
