The invitation is to give ourselves enough time to spend down on the floor, offering our weight to the earth, letting our feet guide us into our dance.

Learning how to drop what we carry and let the ground hold us, nourish us, comfort us. Surrendering to the earth what holds us back, what holds us down, what keeps us separate. Resting in our inhale, rising on our exhale. It takes courage to feel that our being is enough. Coming back home to our own physical bodies more and more, we can start feeling more at home on this planet and extend loving attention and care from our own self love.

Rooted and centered we can soar, we can switch from me to we, from weight to weightless, from effort to effortless. We rise from the ground up, we dance from the feet up, we support and lift each other up, liberating our imagination, celebrating our maturity.
