CIRCLE – 3-DAY WORKSHOP WITH MARTINA AND ANŽE

I invite you to join us at the workshop in Jezersko. This 3-day workshop will support you to connect and harmonize with your circle, learn about other circles and synchronize with circulation in the nature, which at this time of the year calms down, colors purple-red-orange and turns inward.

In the safe environment of the group, I invite you to dance it out and enjoy the gifts of 5Rhythms Gabrielle Roth's circular map offers each of us. A circle as an inspiration, where I connect with my center and circle within my axis, in rhythm of Flowing. A circle as a place where we meet and create something more than I can do alone in the rhythm of Staccato. The circle as a space for creation of group Chaos, where everyone contributes their own piece of dance, of the world and together we create an experience that is greater than all of us together. The circle in my eyes, the circle in your eyes and the movement of all the circles within us, between us and beyond, between the sun and the moon and the stars are the qualities of awareness of the Lyrical rhythm. The aspect of the circle as a symbol without beginning and end is the quality of awareness of the rhythm of Stillness.

Welcome to celebrate life together in the here and now, give thanks for the gifts of the summer and welcome autumn, and dance together into the transition between seasons.

Welcome, Martina and Anže

Jezersko is small village on the border with Austria, surrounded by high mountains, unspoiled nature and beautiful mountain lake. We will dance in a pleasant hall with a wooden floor, with wonderful view on mountains, reserved only for our group. We will combine dancing in the hall with rituals in nature.

Two accommodations have been reserved, which are three minutes drive by car from the hall. Our hosts will be Pika and Tanja. There is also an alternative option of accommodation in the hall, on pillows and in your sleeping bag.

WORKSHOP PROGRAM

Starts on Friday, 27th of September 2024 at 17.30. Finishes on Sunday, 29th of September at 16.30. You will receive a detailed schedule upon registration.

Open meeting will take place on Friday 27th September from 17.30 to 19.30, registration will be possible from 17.00 onwards.

Jezersko is located 38 minutes from Kranj, 1 hour from Ljubljana, 1 hour 10 minutes from Klagenfurt, 1 hour 45 from Trieste, 2 hours 10 minutes from Zagreb, 2 hours 15 minutes from Graz, 3 hours 45 minutes from Linz, 4 hours 10 minutes from Vienna.

Martina and Anže are members of the International Association of 5Rhythms Teachers (5Rhythms Global). Martina has 17 years of experience teaching art, working in the theater and with intuitive singing. For the eleven year in a row, she leads regular weekly classes in Ljubljana, leads multi-day workshops in Slovenia and abroad. She teaches with passion, combining knowledge and inspiration. In year 2022, she completed the training for the level of working with emotions (Heartbeat) and remains a dedicated student of the 5Rhythms practice.

Anže has been dancing 5Rrhythms for more than ten years, and five four years in a row he leads regular weekly classes in Ljubljana. In 2021, he completed training for a 5Rhythm teacher, Waves level. He is a social worker by profession, with a degree in Family Constellations. He is in love with football, mountains, travels and dives into cold water. Anže and Martina are dedicated researchers of the 5Rhythms method and are in love with life.
