DESCRIPTION
What's it about:5Rhythms® is a dynamic practice to both workout and meditate in the same breath. Practicing them helps us become attuned to the underlying patterns in our everyday existence. You don’t need to know anything to begin and sometimes it’s easier if you don’t.
This day is about returning to the foundations. Feet. Breath. Rhythm. Starting where you are. Simple shapes, clear pathways letting the body remember in its own time. Rooted in Gabrielle Roth’s map of the 5Rhythms, where each rhythm offers a different way into movement and awareness, we’ll move through a full Wave:
Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness
Who it’s for:
For you if new to the 5Rhythms practice or coming back after time away.
For you if youare an experienced. dancer and you wish to deepen your understanding and relationship to the practice.
What to expect:
You will receive practical guidance on how to move though each of the rhythms.
You will discover how the rhythms initiate us back into the wisdom of our bodies and unleash movement’s dynamic healing power.
You will have space to move at your own pace, with no steps to learn and no pressure to perform.

Refund Policy
You may gift or sell your ticket. If you do so, it is essential to inform us of the new attendee's name and email; otherwise, they will not be on the door list and will not be admitted.
If you cancel 72 hours before the start of the workshop we will offer you either a full refund or a credit for a future class.
In the event that we have to cancel the class, we will offer you a full refund or credit for a future class.
If there is a waiting list, you can email us to see if the ticket can be sold through it. If the ticket sells from the waiting list, we will refund your ticket price minus a £2.50 transaction fee Please note: Within 24 hours of the event, our response to emails may be limited. The waitlist option will close at 8 am on the day of the workshop.
