Nothing is more natural than grief, no emotion more common to our daily experience. It's an innate response to loss in a world where everything is impermanent.

Loss of a love one, loss of a job, loss of health, loss of a pet, loss of our youth, loss of freedom, loss of a dream and on and on…
All of us go through losses and grief.
During our time together, we will connect with our grief through movement, self reflection, compassion interwoven with breath in the safety of the container we build together.
5Rhythms® Wave, Ritual Theatre, Yoga, SOMA Breath®, iRest Yoga Nidra will be part of the modalities that we will use.
No experience necessary.
This weekend workshop is open to everyone over 18.
NOTES
Emmanuelle Rolland, 5Rhythms® Certified Teacher - 5RTA Accredited, iRest Yoga Nidra Level 1 Facilitator.
Emmanuelle discovered the 5Rhythms® in 2006, and has been teaching since 2014 in the US and Canada.
She is an alumnus from the National Theatre School of Canada where she studied acting.
She has been trained as a facilitator of iRest Yoga Nidra Level 1.

Linda discovered SOMA Breath® in 2019 and took a deep dive in 2020 with a follow up training in Thailand in February of 2023.
The SOMA breath informs how she facilitates breathwork journeys.
Her training in Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy as well as Yoga informs her guiding style.
