In this workshop we are creating space that allows for and combines the rhythm of Stillness and the emotion of Compassion.
Stillness is where we aim to when we dance a wave. Stillness is breath made visible. A state we land in and come home to. Body, heart, mind and soul are aligned and open to receive Spirit.

The emphasis in our western world is mostly on expanding our knowledge and our mind. We are pushed to think more and at the same time to neglect our bodies. While sometimes just taking a moment to take a deeper breath will shift our awareness and drop our attention into our bodies. This is how we can start listening to our own deep longings that we have locked away inside these tender bodies.
In this workshop we will explore the basics of the 5Rhythms® to awaken the wisdom of our body. We will be discovering how we actually feel, we will use our bodies to define the shapes of our heart, to dissolve into movement, to disappear into the unknown territory of no-mind and to detach from old beliefs so we can finally start to be free!
